We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email us at support@getmissin.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
We will reply with return instructions.
Send the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made the mistake.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we will swap it, subject to availability.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.
Not eligible
Final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Cancellations and lost orders
Orders can be cancelled until they ship. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to fix it.
